About Me
I excel at listening, observing and analyzing to assess user needs, then carefully crafting tailored, impactful learning solutions.

A decade of experience in K-12 education, including extensive experience in teacher training and educational program management, allowed me to exercise and enhance my skills in facilitation, curriculum development and data analysis.

Outside of the K-12 environment, I have worked as a Training Manager and Education Specialist in both the private sector and with the federal government. Successfully assessing user needs, working with SMEs, and engaging in full-cycle training initiative development across diverse environments.

I led training curriculum improvements, created tailored learning materials, streamlined onboarding, and resolved tech issues—boosting user engagement, capability and satisfaction.
Training Manager

I designed and produced training materials, including elearning in Adobe Captivate. I also developed a company training library, and served as the in-house instructional designer, training facilitator and LMS administrator.
Workplace Learning Coordinator

I developed and facilitated a
9 week educator training program, and served as project manager, efficiently managing the program work plan, data tracking systems, and program evaluations.
Spanish Teacher
Envision Education & Berkeley High School
I developed engaging curriculum and learning materials that supported Spanish literacy and speaking skill development. I also created and facilitated teacher training workshops focused data-driven instructional strategies and equitable teaching practices.
Education Program Manager

I trained and supervised 4 classroom teachers and 30+ classroom volunteers facilitating a college access program for high school students. I also supported curriculum development, program activities and short- and long- range decision making for the program.
